Are you ready to unlock your full jumping potential? Inspired by the bestselling book Takeoff, this program takes advantage of the kinematic principles associated with jumping performance and lower body power development.
In physics, "braking" means to reduce an objects velocity by inhibiting its motion. To inhibit motion, force must be produced. Applied to jumping and/or athletic performance, braking represents the forces created through the point of minimal displacement.
